The High Metabolic Clinic is a fully virtual, multidisciplinary obesity and metabolic health clinic serving patients across Ontario, with all visits conducted by video. Our team includes endocrinologists, internists, registered dietitians, and registered psychotherapists, providing comprehensive evidence-based care for obesity and its related complications, including medical management, nutrition and behavioural support. We also offer a specialized Binge Eating Disorder treatment program based on CBT-ED. We work alongside primary care and do not trigger negation or require de-rostering from the patient’s family physician. To support an efficient assessment, please include the patient’s relevant medical history, recent relevant bloodwork and current medications, as well as any previous anti-obesity medication use and response, where applicable.
